Bringing sports to the St. Joe community -- LIVE!

As I pointed out earlier, I am very involved in covering sports at St. Joe. I have done this this year and the other four years I have been in the student media program. For the past three years, I have called every home football game, most away football games and every home boys and girls varsity basketball game. Live streaming is not easy to do, and it takes a lot of time and preparation to get ready for a game. I have also learned how to set up all the equipment and how to produce an award winning live stream.

These are my entries that made me a finalist for the Mississippi Scholastic Press Association Best Live-Stream On Air Talent in 2024 and 2025.

I also host and produce a monthly live-stream sports talk show called “Bruin Talk LIVE!” at a local Sal and Mookie's Madison, a popular Italian restaurant near our school campus. Here is one of our shows from this school year.

St. Joe-Presbyterian Christian School in Hattiesburg. In this game, I traveled two hours to Hattiesburg by myself and streamed the game live from the stands by myself.
